I'm a pretty easy going guy with a good sense of humor. 37 y/o, gay male, Elementary School Teacher, looking for a happy home for me and my 3 y/o boxer mix. Have a set schedule. Althogh, I don't mind substance use, I don't want it to dominate home.
Are you a "needer" (you need to find a place) or a "haver" (you have a place you need to fill)?

When do you need a new place / roommate?

Immediately or sooner. Maybe, possibly later also?

Anything else crucial to your roommate search (pets, allergies, 420 friendly)?

I have a 55lb. sweet heart of a dog named Felon. He has a mean protective bark(when bell rings), but say hello he turns to mush. I teach, therefore I collect. Some extra storage would be great.

What neighborhood, or area are you living in, or hoping to live in?

castro/Upper Market, Haight Up/Lown, Noe Valley, Hayes Valey, Cole Valley, Soma. pretty much anyplace in the city, if I like being there.
